Expert Agreement Terms

1. Information Accuracy

I confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. I understand that any false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of my expert status.

2. Professional Standards

I agree to maintain the highest professional standards and confidentiality in all client engagements. I will treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information.

3. Credential Verification

I understand that TailoredIQ will verify my credentials, experience, and qualifications. I may be required to provide additional documentation to support my application.

4. Fee Structure & Payments

I agree to TailoredIQ's fee structure and payment terms for successful engagements. Payment terms will be communicated separately and may vary based on engagement type and duration.

5. Service Quality

I commit to providing high-quality advisory services, timely communication, and professional conduct in all interactions with clients and TailoredIQ staff.

6. Profile Sharing

I understand and consent to my profile being shared with potential clients for matching purposes. I can control the visibility of certain information through my profile settings.

7. Legal Compliance

I agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in my advisory capacity. I will maintain any required professional licenses and certifications.

8. Intellectual Property

I respect intellectual property rights and will not share proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or confidential information belonging to TailoredIQ or its clients.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice. TailoredIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate expert status for violations of these terms.

10. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Experts will be notified of material changes and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
